U.S. District Judge Royce C. Lamberth has scheduled a hearing for 
11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, in the Cobell v. Norton litigation.

The purpose of the hearing, among other issues, is to address the 
government's motion to delay for at least two months its response to 
the Cobell plaintiffs' most recent motion to hold Secretary Norton and 
others in contempt.

Elouise Cobell is making every effort to attend. We will notify you if 
the hearing is rescheduled.
